This privacy notice explains how localhost:3000 handles account data, client profile details, training plans, workout logs, and contact form submissions used to operate the coaching service.

We collect account information, client health and training context, assigned plans, logged workouts, and lead form submissions so the service can deliver coaching, authentication, progress tracking, and support.

Authentication links are sent by email through SMTP2GO. Data is stored in the application infrastructure required to run the portal on the shared public and authenticated domain.

Trainer-private notes are intended for trainer-only workflow use and must not be shown to clients in the portal experience.
